After you Order

Please be advised that wax takes 3 days to cure.  Once cured the Candle will be shipped to the address that you gave.  Also,  candles are handmade and may not smell the same each time. 

We utilize USPS for priority shipping.  It takes 3-5 business days for an order to arrive.  Please allow this time for shipping.  USPS is having shipping delays, Once shipped it is out of our possession and we would have to refer you to the tracking number that was added to your order.  Thanks for your patience. 

If you wish to return your candle or you have not received the candle, contact us directly through the site. We will resond in 24 hours.  We will provide the address to return to and as soon as the candle is received we will ship out another candle.  This process will take about 7-10 business days. 

Please read the warning labels located on your candle to ensure the proper burning times.  Do not leave the candle burning for more than 4 hours at a time.  Please keep out of reach of children and pets, due to wax being over 120 degrees when fully melted. 

Ensure that the wick is 1/4 inch from the wax every time it is lit to get the best results. Clean off excess burnt wick with wet paper towel.
